1 Cath Kidson mug
This is my favoutite. It's big, but not like a vat, so it still looks very attaractive. I love the pattern and the handle size and the width and shape and everything!
2 Doggie mug
I suppose I have this mug as a compromise (such that it is) because I can't have a little dog at the moment. He/she is the dog I want to get. A little white handbag dog. [Blogger Rosie from A Rosie Outlook has written a few posts which feature her parents' dogs, which of which is exactly the types of dog I want! A scnoodle!] Or a bichon frisse perhaps. In this version of the future, the dog will wear a little pink coat too (not photographed on the mug though).
3 Music mug
This is my go-to for inspiration during study or hard work. It provides the answer to I-need-a-large-container-full-of-a-hot-beverage-to-help-me-think.
4 San Francisco Coffee mug
One of those had-for-ages-can't-remember-where-it-came-from mugs. Also the perfect size for large work loads. Very sterdy. Acts as the I-can-tackle-this-workload-mug if the music mug is off sick.
5 PIP Studio mug
(Pip Studio ribbon rose mug)
I just love this pattern. They also have this pattern in blue and
on many other housewares. I wrote a post about their bedsheets, as
featured in a Miranda episode, here.
6 Yogi Tea mug
This is my favourite herbal/green tea mug. It's the 'I'm feeling healthy' mug, and it's very good to use with loose green tea or jasmine tea leaves. I mostly use this after dinner.
7 Chocaholic mug
For a regular (large, naturally) hot chocolate.
8 Whitards mug
Goes extremely well with a white hot chocolate, or horlicks, or anything else that's in any way malty.
9 Hello Kitty mug
This is the mug I use when you need an immediate 'container' to sip from to take vitamins in the morning, etc. It's also a very good size if you want a hot drink before bed, beacuse it's tiny so you won't drink a massive mug full of liquid and be going to the bathroom all night!
10 Cupcake mug
Just another good all rounder-hot-beverage-mug. Often used when the other mugs are at the bottom of the dish pile.
I've yet to expand a tea cup collection! Any mug recommendations?
Is it weird that I love mugs, especially really big ones! sad.... haha
